My Latest Journal: Vintage-Style Ephemera Collage

Sharing some photos of my latest journal.

More photos below.

Here are the details:

  • Handmade journal with hard cover and sari silk closure
  • The journal measures 3-1/2 X 5 inches with a 1-1/4 inch spine.
  • There are three signatures with 12 sheets for a total of 144 pages with plenty of journaling space. The signatures are individually bound with waxed linen thread.
  • Signatures are secured to the journal midori-style with elastic cording and can be replaced as you fill them up with writing.
  • Pages are printed ephemera images on premium 32# parchment paper, mixed with tea-dyed paper.
Many of the pages in the journal are from my Vintage Ephemera Collage Backgrounds kit found HERE. The remaining ephemera pages are from my Vintage Grunge Ephemera Backgrounds kit found HERE. I've noted below the pictures whether the page is in the Vintage Ephemera Collage Backgrounds kit or the new Vintage Grunge Ephemera Backgrounds kit.

The cover pages are from the ephemera collage kit. I cut down the background pages to fit the covers.

The page on the right is from the Vintage Ephemera Collage Backgrounds kit and the library pocket is from the new grunge kit.

The flower / girls collage is from the Vintage Ephemera Collage Backgrounds kit. The graph page is simply the grid pattern printed on 32# parchment paper.

Are you a no-reply blogger?
A no-reply blogger is someone that leaves a comment on a blogger blog, but doesn't have their email address linked to their account.

Why should you care? If you leave a comment I won't be able to respond to you. And if that comment included a question for me, I can't answer the question. Yes, I could write the answer for all to see, but you have to come back to my blog to see the answer. You can ask to be notified of any comments made to that blog post, but you will receive an email message for every comment that is added.
